I've seen something like this, but I don't know if it's a say all
issue. This most often happens in gedit when opening a large text
file. Orca will occasionally read fragments of the file while it's
loading. If it doesn't do this, it will often repeat the window title
at least a couple of times, and often 3 or 4. This most often happens
when opening files as root. I'm not sure what can be done about it but
I'm sure joanie will look into it when she has time. If she doesn't I
can try, but my competence in python code is questionable.
