hi all
I'm reporting a nother strange issue in gnome shell. This one's been
going on for a while but I'm not sure if it's an orca problem or gnome.
When you first boot into gnome shell and your deskto loads, the icons on
it will be out of order. Visually they'll be aligned properly, but orca
will report them strangely. Example. Home: 3 of 4 or home: 2 of 4. To
fix this I need to press control+f10 to click on an empty space on the
desktop, then press d to organize the desktop by name. After this, orca
correctly reports home: 1 of 4. If you happen to be using an orca
version before 3.18, there's another issue. Orca will report the last
item in an icon container as teh first and the first as the last. This
was fixed in orca master some time back and is now in 3.18. I'm not sure
if this is a gnome shell issue, specifically nautilus or an orca one.
Can anyone else reproduce this?
Thanks
Kendell clark
