I'm with you on this one.  I haven't yet encountered such edge-cases
like this; could it be because I'm using adblock edge?  I'm not sure
how one would code heuristics into orca to make it decide what bunches
of characters it should skip; this looks like a fine opportunity to
break the screen reader for 'real' content.
