Hello, in future, you can do a sudo pacman -S downgrade, then after it 
installs, sudo downgrade packagename for example espeak, this will bring 
up a list of packages both remotely and locally available, Hope this 
will help!  I installed 1 48 01 or something like that it was the same 
version that is on the arch site
