Yes some have vivid issues and some have advantages over other aspects.
But great thing about Linux and the Gnome story shows it, that things
can get fixed pretty fast and at the behest of users.
Look at the eferts Joanie and a few others are putting.
Many times a site which is not accessible is pointed out by some one and
Joanie has been quick enough to work on this.
I am sure in proprietary software such a thing does not happen in general.
Our freedom matters.
