I just spent a good little while trying to reply to Joanie's last post re orca's sticking using gmail's
standard view,
something I've not done in a long time using orca
I've been very impressed with most of my interactions with the site with latest builds from master, but could
not figure
out how to enter text. Do I have to disable structural nav to actually enter text, or am I misunderstanding
something
about the basic functioning of the site when it comes to replies?
I selected reply, to msg, not to whole thread this time, and could certainly get to the send button, the
message I was
wanting to reply to was easy enough to read, and there were some images that just said image clickable.
I used e to get to what I thought was where I was to write my reply, but structural nav always kicked in.
Then I somehow
selected the msg, and e is the archive keystroke, and archiving gmail is the last thing I want to do as I
hate allmail,
and want to figure out how to get everything not labeled out of there as I'm using a 1.5 GB when there should
not be a
third of this actually used I reckon.
Anyway, If disabling structural navigation is not the answer, what is?
I tried insert a but got no where fast with that.
Thanks for any tips or tricks.
Orca is working so nicely with apps interfaces that it seems ashamed to have issues with actually editing or
creating
content.
Keystroke conflicts will be something to be very careful with as google has a lot now,.
