Hi folks,

Apologies for the obvious off topic post, but I know there are smart
people here.

I'm looking for a blind friendly hex editor for Windows.

I need to edit some files. I don't know the first thing about editing
hex files, but I'm willing to give this a try because it's important
to me, so any reference materials would be helpful.
