[orca-list] Two Orca Bugs with Trisquel 7 Alpha and versions 3.10.3 and beyond

Hi,

In Trisquel GNU Linux 7.0 Alpha, the included version of orca, and orca 
3.12, have these oddities:
1) when using the 'alt+super+s' speech toggle, the screen reader can be 
turned off, but repeated presses of this key do not result in screen 
reader being turned back on.
2)  The per-application settings keystroke ('orca+ctrl+space') does not 
work, yet it is shown to be bound in the system-wide key bindings 
preference.

Any thoughts on what may be happening here?
