If you're using mint, orca will come in a .deb file, since mint uses
debian packages. If you can find an internet connection, a sudo
apt-get install orca should do it. if you need to download your ubuntu
package from your mac,  the package should be named something like
orca 3.14-ubuntu1-amd64.deb. It's been a while since I've used ubuntu
or anything based on it, so that might not be exact, but the point is
that it have orca in the name, and it end in .deb.
