There was a simple start towards a new customizations.py file posted by the author of the one you are 
probably refering to that does not work with newer 
orca versions. 
There were a few suggestions posted over the last few months as well to adjust some of the newer orca 
features and changed behaviors, but most of these 
if not all have been obviscated in 3.14 or current master builds.
