[orca-list] ubuntu mate and speakup

hi

which website should I use to get speakup installed on a ubuntu distro? 
there's 2 or 3 each with slightly different directions. I did learn a 
lot from installing arch though. you're right, maybe arch is not for me. 
if not, ubuntu works good and I'm actually more familiar with it because 
i started out with debian stuff.
