[orca-list] Spurious tutor messages in Firefox

Hello,
Just for testing I have tried to enable speak tutor messages within the 
orca settings about a day before. I'm running orca master. There is a 
hint "type in text" spoken when an entry or a text field is focused on a 
web page. However there appear to be other elements triggering this 
message when browsing the web in firefox as well.

Would there be a chance so this can be looked into while Mozilla gecko / 
firefox support receives such amount of love during this development cycle?
