Default for keys like "e" for quick keys should be not to shift to focus mode by default (this can be changed by those who want it the other way ).

Currently, if you press "e" Orca automatically changes to focus mode by
default. This is a configurable setting. (I'll add it to the GUI by
Monday I think.) Before I add it to the GUI or document it, I am
interested in hearing what people think the default for keys like "e"
should be.
