[orca-list] seems that orca master is losing focus when navigating between apps

To reproduce try the following steps.

1. Go to  http://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng.filter:orderBy.

2. After the page is loaded press h until you find the description head.

3. Switch to another application pressing alt+tab.

4. Switch back to FF.

In my machine the focus is set to a combobox present in the begin of the 
page instead of the head description.

Doesn't happen in orca 3.10.
