The simple, and arguably correct, solution is to not present the numbers
when you move by character because those numbers are not something that
one can arrow to -- not via Orca and not via Gecko's native caret
navigation. You simply cannot put a caret there and thus it is never the
current character.

I can easily do that simple, and arguably correct, solution. But I
figured that everyone would complain that the numbers are no longer
being presented when moving by char. And then I set aside this issue to
look at another.

So please let me know what you think about the above.

BTW, yes, I know that word navigation is also a bit flakey in list
items. It's also on my list.
