[orca-list] a page that locks orca

Hi all.
Using orca 3.10 or orca 3.11 try the following:

1. Launch firefox, in my case version 24.

2. Go to 
http://www.grobmeier.de/angular-js-ng-select-and-ng-options-21112012.html#.UoiBUPEvreQ

3. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.

4. Press the number 1 to locate the first heading at level 1.

5. Press down arrow until orca reads the following text:

6. Press Down arrow again.

In my machine orca stays completely mute, no matter what I do.
Even if I press alt+tab orcas continues mute.
The solution is restart orca.
Happens with orca 3.10 and orca 3.11.
