I can answer at least one of them =) :
Firefox 24 does appear to have some PDF support. I was able to read some of
the graphviz documentation with it.

On another note, I finally got around to making a Fedora 20 virtual machine
with Gnome 3.10 on it and will be trying out the pdf support in Evince
tonight. I'm very excited. I'll be using these same documents as right
now, I'm trying to get really good with Graphviz. I strongly recommend
learning it to any blind person that needs to present diagrammed content to
visual audiences. It's unbelievable what you can make it do! Anything from
UML to flow charts to org charts and mind maps and all that stuff sighted
folks are so fond of.

I'm probably behind on Firefox details lately, but can you define or clarify
the above terms a bit. Particularly, what is RTC in this case?
also, does this mean Firefox 24 or later has some PDF support? I'm guessing
Opus codek has to do with audio?
Sorry for what might be dumb questions here.
