[orca-list] will firefox 20 be an improvement

Hi folks,
After doing a
apt-cache showpkg firefox
on my ubuntu 13.4 64 bit  system, I've discovered that the only two
versions available seem to be 20 and 25. Will version 20 be an
improvement over 25 in terms of accessibility?
