Hi,
I would recommend Arch too, except, the orca-git package doesn't seem to work. If it did, testing the latest 
orca would be a matter of packer -S orca-git.
Maybe the PKGBUILD will be fixed soon. I'd like to test the latest changes with XFCE which is what I run on 
this computer. So it's kinda important that it doesn't break lol.

Big +1 for Arch. Fedora would be my second choice, but you will need a
pre-release build to get the latest GNOME for now. Fedora 20 isn't due
