My opinion is that google was inadequate to answer this question. Sure, cepstral says their voices work with 
orca and that is probably true. But you really need to know about responsiveness, bugs, etcetera. Only 
someone who has tried them can provide that kind of information. Admittedly, I have not googled  it recently 
but I have never been able to find a decent review of the cepstral voices for linux. I was contemplating 
buying one until I read a review in response to the original question in this thread. 

I've gotten myself in trouble many times by trying to tell someone on an email list that they could solve 
their technical problems more efficiently via google than an email list. I'm a big believer in that. But this 
particular question is a very bad example.
