Mattias, there is an old saying I think applies here. "Give a man a
fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll eat for a
life time."

The same principle applies. Sure we can give Josh or anyone else all
the answers they desire on list, but we shouldn't have to do all their
fishing for them. Like the fisherman if we teach them to do their own
fishing on Google etc then they'll be able to find their own answers,
get them more quickly, and we can devote the time on lists like this
one to more important questions not so easily answered by a quick
Google search.
