Hi.
Seems that espeak use the word quote to read ''' and the word quotes to
read '"'.
The problem for me is that orca uses a different approach.
Orca uses apostrophe to announce ''' and quote to announce '"'.

Yes, the eSpeak English voice uses the name "quote" for character
U+0027.
This character can be used for both purposes, an apostrophe and single
quotation mark. I assumed people would prefer the shorter name.
