[orca-list] Orca does not correctly present the message list in Thunderbird

Hi all,
I have a Problem in the Fedora 19 rawhide with thunderbird.

If i am in the message list in thunderbird (inbox for example), go to 
the first message in the list and delete it (press <del>) then orca 
announce the first mail twice if i press arrow down. so the message list 
"moved" one item to late.

for example:

Message 1
Message 2
Message 3

Now i m Delete Message 1. (go to the first message and just press delete)
Orca now present the message list by following:

Message 2
Message 2
Message 3

I use:
Thunderbird 17.0.6
Orca 3.8.2

Does somebody out there understand what i mean? does somebody can 
confirm this?
