Hi Alex,

Apparently getting the voices working isn't a big deal as I managed to
do it as well. The problem was once installed and setup you can't
modify them such as changing rate, pitch, and volume. I've tried
MBrola both with Espeak and Festival with Orca, and the voices were
unable to be modified, and I'm not sure why.
