[orca-list] What is Wrong with Libreoffice?!

I have Libreoffice version 4.0.4 installed here on my ArchLinux system
but whenever I activate a file from the file browser (Nautilus), Orca
goes completely silent. It's like it locks up the keyboard or
something. I can alt-tab away to other processes and then Orca speaks
fine but as soon as I try and focus back to Office, no speech or
anything. This happens for both Calc and Writer.

Any ideas on what could be wrong here?
