I think Evolution has some known accessibility issues, but I'm sure it's 
good to test this and report the problems you run into.

If you're just looking for an accessible email client, I'd suggest 
Thunderbird, which comes with Vinux 4.0 (Ubuntu 12.04) and is the 
default email client.
