The examples the OP gave would indicate that Voxin won't meet his needs,
as he was looking for more natural sounding voices. This would fall more
into the category of some of the better Festival voices or possibly
Pico. Mbrola voices may also meet his needs, and there is a Festival
wrapper for those as well. ESpeak is also supposed to be able to use
Mbrola voices, but I'm not sure how good the speech-dispatcher support
is. As for non-free, paid voices, the only thing that comes to mind that
may actually sound rather natural is Cepstral, but the price is a bit
high at around $30 for each voice. It is certainly better maintained
though, and is fully 64-bit compatible.
