[orca-list] nautilus and orca lag in gnome 3.8

When navigating the sidebar in nautilus I get about a half a second lag
after each key press. I also sometimes get this lag when tabbing onto
and off of the sidebar. Finally, I occasionally get slight lag when
navigating the default icon view. Can anyone confirm this behavior and
is there any known solution? Thanks in advance.
