+In order to change the robotic sound of the Spanish voice, you may want
to make some changes to espeak itself, since espeak is the synthesizer
used by default in most distros.

Alternatively, Pico has a Spanish voice that may sound better, and it
should be possible to use it in speech-dispatcher. If this is not
possible by default, it can be used via PicoSpeaker

You will just need to modify a picospeaker-generic.conf and enable it in
speech-dispatcher. I can help with all this off-list if you like,
otherwise, it may be better to help with espeak development, especially
the Spanish voice. Espeak definitely needs native speakers to help with
development of voices for specific languages.
