Buenos dias, 
soy ingeniero en computación. Escribo desde Venezuela y formo parte de 
un grupo de usuarios de software libre llamado CUSLANZ. Soy nuevo en 
esta lista y me gustaría recibir orientación para colaborar como 
desarrollador del proyecto ORCA. Actualmente queremos cambiar la voz de 
orca para el idioma español, pues la que tiene ha causado cierta 
resistencia por oirse muy robotizada. Somos activistas y defensores de 
las tecnologías libres dispuestos a contribuir en este noble proyecto. 
Sin mas que agregar, y disculpandome por los posibles errores en mi 
inglés (estoy usando un traductor)

Good morning, I am a computer engineer. I write from Venezuela and I am part of a group of users of free software called CUSLANZ.
