Yes, Jeremy says right.
If this file not exist, wonderful possible launch GUI applications with 
sudo or gksu or gksudo prefixes.

I reported this issue under Launchpad.net the Casper package, ant 
attached a patch:

The /etc/sudoers.d/a11y-sudo file creating with all blindness related 
profiles, but this file already not need under GNOME3.
Please anybody click "Does this bug affects you" possibility, or change 
this bug status with confirmed.
Hopefuly the attached patch will be committing developers short time.
