None. All I did was handle the traceback you are currently getting in
your current environment. All I am asking is that you see if my fix made
the problem go away. Often when the bug is "Orca brailles this but
doesn't speak it" (or "Orca speaks this but doesn't braille it") and you
have a traceback from the generator, handling the error gracefully is
all that is required to fix the bug.

Are you still seeing the traceback? Are the menu items being spoken now?
