This has nothing to do with Wine, but applications running on Mono that use
Microsoft's User Interface Automation for accessibility have a chance of
operating with Orca, due to work done by Novell before Suse was sold and the
Mono developers had to move elsewhere. There's a new company doing Mono
development now, which might or might not pick up the accessibility work
eventually.
