I've always found Voxin and Emacs with Emacspeak and Voxin easy to 
install. It's always been a matter of just grabbing the right files from 
Oralux and running the included install scripts. I haven't done this for 
Precise yet though, so I'm not sure if there are any issues with that 
combination.
