[orca-list] left/right double angle bracket

Hi All,
Is there a Posibility to deactivate the speaking of the
-left double angle bracket
and
-rigt double angle bracket
for the setting "Speak tutorial messages"?
Because the speech of this signs needs verry much time (it slows down
the work)  and the information of the characters are not important. its
a little annoying to :).
