Very probably a quick way to do that would be a well commented 
anaconda-ks file users could edit and once finished run using orca.  It 
could probably all happen inside a single window too.

I'm working on that. I've already been in touch with several people from
RedHat. I have built Anaconda and related modules, and have slowly but
surely been making patches for Anaconda and friends. Once I am finished,
I will submit those proposed changes to the appropriate teams at RedHat.
