[orca-list] reading long long long text files and orca

What's a good program that works well with orca and would work with this?

I tried gedit but the files red kinda odd when i tried moving line by line. It would say each line twice 
which didn't make sense especially since i know the files look fine in a cli text editor.

Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciat.
