I started noticing your problem with Gedit on GNOME 3.2. It seems Orca is reading entire long lines of text 
now, even if Gedit wraps them. Consequently, when you try to read the second line of wrapped text, the entire 
line is spoken again. This appears to be an issue with something in Orca or at-spi, possibly the 
intraspection code. I think that's the major change that was implemented just before I noticed the problem.
