This is absolute interesting, I very surprised when I read your answer. 
In my .local/share/orca directory the app-settings directory have 
following files only:
__init__.py
__init__.pyc
Mozilla.py
Mozilla.pyc
Thunderbird.py
Thunderbird.pyc
