Hi all,
So I am at the point where I feel that its time for a change of mail client. Ever since I switched to Linux
full-time in 2004, I have used mutt. Now that I recently changed my mail setup from POP3 to imap, and am
having to manage multiple imap accounts with mutt, I find myself having to use offlineimap and mutt to manage
multiple accounts in a sane way. Don't get me wrong, I have loved mutt, but I feel like a change, to at least
try something else for a while, and I can always fall back on mutt if I'm not happy.
NOTE: I am only interested in GUI clients.
My requirements are as follows:
* Full Orca support.
* Can handle large mailboxes and still feel responsive.
* GPG support.
* IMAP support.
* Good mailing list support.
I already use evolution for calendaring, and find that a bit sluggish, so I am not sure I want to use
Evolution for email as well. I've also heard some horrific stories about mail corruption and evolution, as
well as performance problems. I'll look into thunderbird, but orca + xul based apps still doesn't
particularly thrill me.
Thanks in advance.
Luke
