Hy,

+1, this is a great feature if implementing future.
This feature need too with Firefox if sayall happening.
Dattatray want output Orca generating in Firefox when he using t Orca 
structural navigation command.
If this feature is implementing future, possible doing a setting and a 
gui setting in Orca preferences dialog with this possibility in speech 
page, or the application-setting dialog the speech page with supported 
applications?
