[orca-list] problem with Orca stopping when Firefox is closed

Hello there everyone,

This has been a problem for a while nd it would be really coll to solve 
this one.  When a Firefox page is brought up and then closed Orca stops 
speaking.  In vinux with the special scripts you can get Orca going 
again with Control+Alt+O.  But this will only work between 6 to eight 
times and then Orca almost freezes like and a reboot is in order.  How 
should I file this as a new bug or is there a bug already open?
