Hy Michael,

So you better prefer a single text box with focused when Orca main 
window is present, with containing the basic need limited known Orca 
informations: How can possible navigating the controls on a dialog, how 
can possible navigating the help topics etc?
If I understand right your first letter, you would like a read-only 
editbox with containing this informations. I don't no how can possible 
enabling the caret navigation of the read-only edit box by default. If 
this is not resolvable, when a beginner user try reading the content 
text box content for arrow keys, Orca nothing spoken.
