Normally the thing to do is file a bug against Orca so that we can
implement this functionality. It's hard to keep up with all the requests
just on the list. Anyhoo.... Since I saw this discussion, I went ahead
and fixed the bug. <smile> If you pull Orca from git master, Orca will
now announce the newly focused sheet. Please give it a try and let us
now.

On a related note, it turns out that OOo is not telling us what the
focused cell is on the newly-focused sheet. So at the moment, I'm afraid
after you navigate to the desired sheet, you'll need to arrow off of and
back to the cell to find out what it is. I have filed a bug against OOo
[1] that, once fixed by the OOo a11y guys, will cause Orca to also
automatically announce the cell as expected.
