It will always be an issue because it'll always be behind Fedora. This is only exaserbated because Orca and related development is ongoing.
that's true for most things.
You only get a RHEL release every few years. When released, it'll be behind Fedora Orca by a version or so. Thereafter, it will continue to drift further behind state of the art.
that's the price you pay for reliability. Trev
