[orca-list] upgrading ubuntu lucid

i have tried upgrading lucid to maverick with a sudo 
do-release-upgrade but i just get an "no upgrade found" message 
read by orca.
if i were to type update-manager dash d from the run dialogue, 
the maverick upgrade is found which is strange.
