I'm currently using version 4.0b8pre from nightly trunk for Nov 4th
2010.  Actually, I went back to it and managed to find my way around.
At first, I only had one extension installed (webvism) so the list
wouldn't speak when trying to nav around init.  Now that I found
noscript, I have two modules in that list so it navigates better.  I
also since figured out the menu where you can select between Get new
Add-ons, extensions, plugins, etc.  I think I can manage it better
now.  I think some of the problems I was experiencing had to do with
tabbing completely around the dialog and tabbing backwards through it;
it seemed like back tabbing did not yield consistent results.  It just
didn't seem clean to me.  It might also be my own ignorance on how to
use it too.  Though I thought I had had an easier time with it in
Windows.
