[orca-list] Flag Day - Yelp script needed to be moved

Hi all.

As part of this whole Firefox 3.6 thing, it was necessary to move the
yelp script from yelp.py to yelp/script.py.

What this means for you: The next time you pull from master, you'll want
to first do a make uninstall to get rid of the yelp script from its old
location. Do this before building Orca, else you're likely to get errors
-- and you're likely to have the old yelp script hanging around and very
possibly being used instead of the new yelp script.
