Joanie, you prewious fixed the Orca speech quality problem, for example:
"enable speech
Checkbox
Checked"
I see an interesting think for example with Orca preferences dialog:
When the speech rate is not changed, Orca right spokening the role
names, role types etc and the speech is not "monotone", so the fix works
right with general situation.
But if I opening preferences dialog, and changing for example the
default voice speech rate (for example increasing), and after this I
listen some role names, the speech again resulting a little interesting
monotone sound.
For example I think the role name spokening the fastest speech rate, and
another informations spokening a slowest speech rate and perhaps Orca
sending the informations with prewious quoted type schema.
When I reload the preferences and restart Orca because my system is not
closed the Orca preferences dialog when I click OK button, all speeds
are setted with new setted value right.
This problem only happening my system, or anybody confirming this?

I using Speech-dispatcher 0.8-dev my Lucid system, the speech
sinthesizer is default (Espeak have only my system).
