[orca-list] Before I opening new profile related bug, anybody confirming following test?

Hy,

I doed following test with Speech-dispatcher espeak module with an 
active profile:
1. I choosed an active profile, and of course load the profile with 
containing slowest speech rate speed.
2. I go to speech page and setted default preson speech rate with 
fastest speech. I click Ok button. The speech rate I think not full applied.
Because my system is not full stable, Orca preferences dialog not closed 
after the settings is reloaded, so I need pressing Cancel button. After 
this, the speech settings is restored the prewious settings with some 
voice character (for example the system voice character I hear slower 
the tutorial messages. This is valid? Anybody confirming this?
When I restart Orca, of course the speech rates is setted correct the 
faster speech, so perhaps this bug existing only my system.
I see following traceback error message with my debug.out file, with I 
don't no a valid error or only happened my system instability:

Very interesting my system this Orca setting dialog not closing problem, 
because I removed the .orca folder, and the orca settings is stored my 
system under /home/hammera/.local/share/orca folder. The owner related 
rights etc is full correct.
